慢性乙型肝炎患者体液病毒含量观察

目的 :观察慢性乙型肝炎患者血液、唾液、男性精液、女性阴道分泌物中乙型肝炎病毒含量。方法 :使用荧光免疫PCR法对乙肝患者血清、唾液、男性精液、女性阴道分泌物进行HBVDNA定量测定 ,同时用ELISA法测定患者血清HBeAg。结果 :乙肝患者HBVDNA的含量在血液中最高 ,其次是唾液。男性精液、女性阴道分泌物HBVDNA均为阴性。血清HBeAg阳性者和阴性者血清HBVDNA阳性率分别为 96 .4 %和2 3.7% (p <0 .0 1) ,血清HBeAg阳性者唾液可检出HBVDNA ,阴性者未检出。结论 :乙肝患者HBeAg阳性者血清和唾液HBVDNA阳性率高 ,传染力强

Quantitative observation of hepatitis B virus DNA in body fluid of patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective: To observe the level of hepatitis B virus (HBV)DNA in blood, saliva, masculine ejaculum and feminine vaginal secrete of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: The HBV DNA in serum , saliva, masculine ejaculum and feminine vaginal secretion of 132 patients with chronic hepatitis B was determined by fluorogenic quantitative PCR and serum HBeAg was simultaneously detected with ELISA method. Results: In patients with chronic hepatitis B ,content of HBV DNA in serum was higher than in saliva(P<0.01).NO HBV DNA was round in masculine ejaculum and feminine vaginal secretion . The positive rate of HBV DNA in serum in patients with chronic hepatitis B whose serum HBeAg was positive and in patients whose serum HBeAg was negative was 96.4% and 23.7% respectively (P<0.01). Saliva HBV DNA was detected in patients with chronic hepatitis B whose serum HBeAg was positive. HBV DNA in saliva was not detected in patients whose chronic hepatitis B of serum HBeAg was negative. Conclusion: The positive rate of HBV DNA in serum and saliva is high in patients with chronic hepatitis B whose serum HBeAg is positive and the serum and saliva are highly in fectioue.
