鲜玄参微波真空干燥试验研究

摘    要:目的 筛选鲜玄参微波真空干燥的最佳条件。方法将鲜玄参分为全药干燥和切片后干燥两组,每组设40℃、50℃、60℃3种温度。分析不同条件真空干燥的玄参质量,包括水溶物、醇溶物、水分及有效成分哈巴俄苷的含量。结果微波真空60℃干燥的玄参各质量指标优于其他温度组,60℃全药干燥优于切片干燥。结论鲜玄参微波真空干燥最佳条件为60℃、全药干燥。

Abstract:Objective To explore the optimal conditions for microwave-vacuum drying of fresh Radix scrophularia. Methods To divide fresh Radix scrophularia into the two groups of fullherbs direct drying and drying after slicing, and to set the three different temperatures of 40℃, 50℃, 60℃ for each group. To analyze the quality indicators of Radix serophularia dried by the different conditions, including watersoluble solids, alcoholsoluble solids, and active principle harpagoside. Results The various indicators in the 60℃ group were superior to those in the other groups, the fullherbs direct drying was superior to drying after slicing. Conclusion The optimal condition by microwave vacuum drying is 60℃ with fullherbs direct drying.
