重视和规范我国感染性角膜病的药物治疗

感染性角膜炎仍是世界性的常见致盲眼病，中国作为发展中国家，特别是在许多农村地区，感染性角膜病的发病率仍较高。近年随着广谱抗生素和糖皮质激素在临床的广泛应用，导致角膜感染性病原体谱以及对各种药物的敏感性与以往相比有显著变迁，同时随着基础研究和药物学的进展，许多新观点和新药物引入临床。在加强和规范我国感染性角膜病的诊治方面应注意：加强流行病学研究和回顾性研究；重视病原体实验室诊断；规范使用眼用抗生素；注意药物的角结膜毒性。

Stress on recognition and standardizing medical therapy for infectious corneal diseases in China

Infectious corneal diseases has been frequently caused blindness worldwidely.The incidence of infectious corneal diseases in developing country,China is still higher,especially in rural area.Recently,with abroad administration of extensive antibiotics and corticosteroids in clinic,variance of pathogeny of infectious corneal diseases and its susceptivity for kinds of drugs is remarkable.At the same time,with the development of basic study and medication,many new viewpoints and new drugs are introduced into clinic.In order to strengthen and standardizing diagnosis and treatment for infectious corneal diseases in China,several points should be paid more attention:strengthen epidemiology and retrospective study;recognition pathogeny laboratory diagnosis; standardizing administration of antibiotics through ocular surface;pay attention to corneal and conjunctival toxicity caused by drugs.
