黏附分子和细胞因子在支气管哮喘中的变化及意义

摘    要:目的探讨支气管哮喘患者外周血黏附分子和细胞因子的变化及其临床意义。方法将本院收治并诊断为支气管哮喘发作期的患者38例作为研究组,同时选取本院门诊体检的健康志愿者38例作为健康对照组,采用流式细胞仪检测两组外周血清细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平,并应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血液中内皮细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果 (1)与健康对照组相比,研究组患者外周血sICAM-1、VCAM-1表达显著增高,两组数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)研究组患者血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平显著高于健康对照组,两组数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘发作患者外周血sICAM-1、VCAM-1、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平显著提高,提示黏附分子和细胞因子异常是参与支气管哮喘发病的重要机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change and significance of peripheral blood adhesion molecules and cytokines in asthma. Methods 38 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital were selected as the study group with 38 cases of healthy volunteers as the control group. Peripheral serum intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (slCAM- 1) level was detected by the flow cytometry and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), in- terleukin-8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) levels were detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent as- say(ELISA). Results (1) The sICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression in the study group were significantly increased compared with the healthy control group, showing statistical difference between the two groups (P〈0.01). (2)Serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control goup with statisti- cal difference between them(P〈0.05). Conclusion Pripheral blood slCAM-1, VCAM-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α levels in the patients with bronchial asthma are significantly increased, suggesting that the abnormality of adhesion mole- cules and cytokines is one of the mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.
