| 摘 要： | 目的了解克拉玛依地区婴幼儿轮状病毒的感染状况.方法采用免疫层析双抗体夹心法对克拉玛依市人民医院2011年1~12月收治424例婴幼儿腹泻患儿的粪便标本进行A群轮状病毒检测.结果在424例腹泻患儿粪便中轮状病毒抗原阳性163例,轮状病毒感染率为38.44%.结论轮状病毒感染好发于2岁以内的婴幼儿.感染全年散发,以秋冬季感染为主.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the infection prevalence caused by rotavirus(RV) in infants and young children in Kelamayi area.Methods The feces samples collected from 424 cases of infantile diarrhea treated in our hospital from January to December 2011 were performed the group A rotavirus detection by adopting the immune chromatography double antibody sandwich method.Results Among 424 cases,163 cases were found rotavirus antigen positive and the rotavirus infection rate was 38.44%.Conclusion Rotavirus infection occurs easily in the infants and young children under 2 years,and happens throughout the whole year,mainly in the autumn and the winter. |
