急性脑出血患者常规生化指标的表达水平及临床意义

目的 研究同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)等11种生化指标在急性脑出血血清中的表达水平,初步探讨其在急性脑出血诊疗中的临床意义.方法 选经头颅CT或头颅MRI确诊的急性脑出血患者83例为实验组,并选同期100例健康体检者作为对照组,实验组于入院次日清晨和对照组于健康体检当日空腹抽取肘正中静脉血5 mL,采用西门子ADVIA 2400全自动生化分析仪检测两组的Hcy等11种生化指标.结果 实验组Hcy、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血糖(GLU)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制物(Cys C)、肌酐(CREA)表达水平均高于对照组,而尿酸(UA)的表达水平则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);急性脑出血患者与对照组的脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密码度脂蛋白(LDL)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)表达水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 血清Hcy、hs-CRP、GLU、Cys C、UA、CREA测定对有脑出血高危因素患者或不明原因脑出血患者的早期预防和预后预测具有一定的积极意义.

The clinical significance and expression levels of routine biochemical marker in acute cerebral hemorrhage patients

Objective To study the expression levels and clinical significances of serum homocysteine and other eleven kinds of biochemical markers in acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Acute cerebral hemorrhage 83 cases by skull CT confirmed from hospitalization and 100 healthy subjects served as control group were enrolled in study.Siemens ADVIA 2400 automatic biochemical analyzer were used to detect homocysteine(Hcy) and other eleven kinds of biochemical indices.Results The expression levels of biochemical indices Hcy,hs-CRP,GLU,CysC,UA,CREA in acute cerebral hemorrhage patients were statistically different from healthy controls(P<0.01).The expression levels of biochemical index Lp(a),HDL,LDL,TG,CHOL in acute cerebral hemorrhage patients were not statistically different from healthy controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Hcy,GLU,Cys C,hs-CRP,UA,CREA may play important roles in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage disease and have important clinical values for the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage disease.
