肱骨远段髁间骨折手术治疗

摘    要:目的探讨Y形钢板治疗肱骨远段髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法肱骨远段髁间骨折11例均为新鲜骨折,其中开放性骨折2例。AO分型:C1型6例,C2型3例,C3型2例。采用后侧入路,骨折复位,Y形钢板固定。结果全部随访5~19个月,平均10个月。疗效评定以Cassebaum评分系统评价,优6例、良4例、可1例。结论Y型钢板固定是治疗肱骨远段骨折较好的手术固定方法,具有固定牢固,操作简便,骨折治愈率高等优点。

Abstract:[Objective] To review clinical outcome of humeral intercondylar fracture treated with open reduction and fixation using Y-type plates. [Methods] 11cases of humeral intercondylar fractures were treated with open reduction and fixation using Y-type plates, it involved 4 males and 7 females. All the cases were fresh fracture including 2 cases compound fracture. According to AO classification, 5 cases were type of C1, 3 cases were type of C2, and the rest were the type of C3. The posterior approach was selected. All the cases of humeral intercondylar fractures were treated with open reduction and fixation using Y-type plates. [Results] All the cases were followed-up for 5-19 months (mean 10 months). Assessed by cassebaum scoring system 6 cases were rated as excellent, 4 cases as good and 1 case as fair. [Conclusion] Treating humeral intercondylar fracture with open reduction and fixation using Y-type plates improved the clinical outcome. The Y-type plates was able to provide stable and durable fixation for humeral intercondylar fracture.
