浅谈院校教育与师承教育在现代中医临床人才培养中的作用

从临床医师的角度出发，论述了院校教育与师承教育在现代中医临床人才培养中的不同作用，认为：院校教育是现代中医教育的基础，师承教育是中医基础教育上的必要补充与深化、细化；院校教育系统而规范，强调共性，重在广与博，师承教育自由而活泼，强调个性，重在精与专；院校教育是学习人文知识、伦理规范的课堂；师承教育是掌握处理医患关系技巧的场所。因此必须二者并重，方有利于临床人才的培养。

Role of college education and discipular education in training modern TCM clinical talents

The paper discussed the different roles of college education and discipular education in training modern TCM clinical talents from the perspective of clinical physicians, and believed that college education was the foundation of modern TCM education, while discipular education was a necessary complement. College education is systematic and normalization emphasizing the commonality, while discipular education is free and liveiy stressing individual character. College education is a classroom where students can learn the humanities knowledge and ethics, and discipular education is a place for grasping the skills in processing doctor-patient relationship.
