2012年至2013年度北京郊区新兵呼吸道非典型病原体及病毒抗原检测的对比分析

摘    要:目的探讨北京郊区部队新兵集训期间呼吸道非典型病原体及病毒的感染情况,为新兵呼吸道疾病的预防工作提供依据。方法收集2012年至2013年出现咳嗽、咳痰、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛等上呼吸道症状的815名新兵咽部分泌物及尿液标本,应用胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)快速检测咽部分泌物流感病毒A/B(FluA、B)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)抗原和中段尿嗜肺军团菌(TJP)抗原,采用快速培养法筛查肺炎支原体(MP)抗原。结果2012、2013年北京郊区新兵呼吸道病原体抗原总阳性率分别为28.85%、22.66%,均以MP最为多见,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。2012、2013年北京郊区新兵南刊E方籍和前后两年南方籍间、北方籍间新兵MP、LP阳性率间差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。2012、2013年北京郊区新兵南北郊区间MP阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),2013年北郊MP阳性率显著低于2012年北郊,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);前后两年北郊的LP阳性率均显著低于南郊,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论呼吸道非典型病原体和病毒是北京郊区新兵呼吸道感染的重要病原,以MP、LP为主,应加强预防。

Abstract:Objective Exploring the infections of respiratory atypical pathogens and viruses during recruit training in suburbs of Beijing and providing the basis for the prevention of recruits, respiratory disease. Methods Pharyngeal secretions and urine specimens samples were collected from 815 recruits with cough, sputum, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat and other upper respiratory symptoms. In the study, the antigens of influenza virus A and B ( FluA, B ), respiratory syncytial virus ( RSV ), adenovirus ( ADV ) of pharyngeal secretions and legionella pneumophila (LP) of midstream urine were detected by gold immunchromatographic assay( GICA), mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) of pharyngeal secretion was detected by rapid culture. Results Positive test rate of respiratory pathogen antigenes were 28.85%, 22.66% in 2012 and 2013 year, in which MP was the most common, the differences had no statistical significance(P 〉 0.05). No obvious difference in positive rate of MP, LP were found in different regions, south, north between 2012 and 2013 had no statistically significant(P 〉 0.05 ). The differences of positive rate of MP in different suburbs in 2012 and 2013 had no statistically significant(P 〉0.05). Positive test rate of MP in nothern suburbs in 2013 was lower than 2012 and positive rate of LP in nothern suburbs was lower than southern in 2012 and 2013, thedifference were statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Respiratory atypical pathogens and viruses are important pathogens of recruit respiratory tract infection in suburbs of Beijing, in which MP and LP were the most common, we should strengthen prevention of them.
