拔罐加针刺治疗单纯性肥胖31例

目的：观察拔罐加针刺治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效和对血脂的影响。方法：采用随机对照临床研究方法，将62例符合研究标准的单纯性肥胖病的门诊患者，按照完全数字随机的方法分为治疗组和对照组，每组31例。治疗组采用拔罐加针刺，对照组采用单纯针刺。隔日1次，每周3次，1月为一疗程，共3个疗程。分别观察l、2、3疗程后的单纯性肥胖患者的体重、腰围、臀围、BMI、腰臀比（WHR）和实验室指标（血脂、脂蛋白）变化。结果：经过3个月的治疗，治疗组愈显率为63．34％，对照组愈显率为33．33％，两组愈显率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗组愈显率优于对照组；两种治疗方法对单纯性肥胖患者的腰围、BMI指数均有改善作用，但治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；在改善胆固醇和甘油三酯方面，两组比较亦有显著性差异（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：拔罐加针刺治疗单纯性肥胖在提高减肥疗效和改善血脂方面优于单纯针刺，拔罐加针刺是一种治疗单纯性肥胖更好的方法。

Cupping plus Acupunture Therapy for the Treatment of Simple Obesity

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of the cupping plus acupuncture for the treatment of simple obesity, and to observe the action of lowering blood - fat of the cupping plus acupuncture on simple obe- sity people. Methods： Sixty - two cases of simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （ n = 31 ） and the control group （ n = 31 ）. The patients in treatment group were treated with cupping plus acupuncture for three months. The patients in control group were treated with simple acupuncture. The treat- ment was given three times a week. The therapeutic effect, body weight, body mass index （BMI） , waist circ- umference （WC）, hip circumference （HE）, waist/hip circumference ratio （WHR） and blood -fat were in- vestigated, which were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： Markedly effective rate was 63.34% in the treatment group, which was better than 33.33 % in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, with significant differences in decrease of BMI, WC, and Cholesterol,Triglycerides between the two groups （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclu- sion：Cupping plus acupuncture therapy can increase therapeutic effect on simple obesity and it is a better meth- od for treatment of this disease.
