中医药对恶性胶质瘤患者生活质量和生存期的影响

目的:探讨中药治疗能否延长恶性胶质瘤患者生存期和提高患者生活质量,阐明中药治疗恶性胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法:中医药组21例,采用中医药治疗,口服,21天为1个周期;中医药加化疗组22例,采用联合化疗方案配合中医药治疗,21天为1周期,两组均治疗4个周期。结果:中医药加化疗组中位生存期20个月,中医药组中位生存期18个月;中医药加化疗组1、2、3年生存率分别为81.82%、77.78%、57.14%,中医药组1、2、3年生存率分别为90.48%、78.95%、60.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医症状积分、生活质量及KPS评分中医药加化疗组治疗前分别为(16.11±2.91)、(54.06±4.93)、(64.44±3.18);治疗后分别为(19.38±4.78)、(50.17±7.26)、(60.19±7.90),治疗前后生活质量及KPS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医药组治疗前分别为(15.95±2.87)、(54.06±3.98)、(64.71±6.23),治疗后分别为(10.35±5.38)、(59.65±4.03)、(69.51±3.28),治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但趋势是向好的方向;不良反应发生率中医药组明显低于中医药加化疗组(P<0.05)。结论:中医药组治疗能提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存期,不良反应小。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Quality of Life and Survival Period in Patients with Maligant Glioma

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on quality of life(QOF)and survival period in patients with maligant glioma,and thus exploring its clinical efficcacy.Methods:TCM therapy appliead in the 21 patients assigned in the TCM group(GroupⅠ) included intrarenous injection of cinobufotalin,or orally taking of anti-cance Chinese herbs.The same TCM was also applied in the 22 of the combined treatment group(GroupⅡ),but in combined use of chemotherapeutic protocol,twenty-one days was taken as one cycle and the patients received 4 cycles of treatment.Results:The median survival perioed in groupⅡ was 18 months,while it was 20 months in groupⅠ;the 1-,2-,3-year survival rates in group Ⅱ were 81.82%,77.78%,57.14%,and those in the groupⅠ survival were 90.48%,78.95% and 60.00%,respectively with insignificant difference between the two group(P>0.05).The scores of TCM symotom,QOF and KPS in the groupⅡ(16.11±2.91),(54.06±4.93) and(64.44±3.18) before treatment,and(19.38±4.78),(50.17±7.26) and(60.19±7.90) after treatment,respectirely,showing a statistically significant worsening tendency in the latter two.While the three scores in the groupⅠ were(15.95±2.87),(54.06±3.98) and(64.71±6.23) before treatment,and(10.35±5.38),(59.65±4.03) and(69.51±3.28) after treatment,respectively,showing significant improvement(P<0.05).And the adverse reaction occurrence was significantly less in groupⅠthan that in group Ⅱ.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment can improve the QOF and prolong the survival period of patients with maligant glioma few side effects.
