克鼻敏汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

目的 观察克鼻敏汤对变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 104例变应性鼻炎分为克鼻敏汤治疗组和辛芳鼻炎胶囊对照组。治疗组56例，口服克鼻敏汤，每日一剂，10天为1个疗程，连用1－3个疗程；对照组48例，口服辛芳鼻炎胶囊，一次6粒，每日3次，连服30天。结果 治疗组显效35例，有效16例，总有效率91％；对照组显效8例，有效17例，总有效率52％。组间差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论 克鼻敏汤治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Kebimin Decoction on allergic rhinitis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kebimin Decoction (KD) on allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods 104 cases of AR were randomly divided into two groups, with 56 cases in treating group (TG) and 48 cases in controlling group (CG). Cases in TG were treated with KD, one pack a day, 10 days for a course, and lasted for 1~3 courses, while those in CG were treated with Xinfang Rhinitis Capsule, 6 capsulae each time, three times a day, and lasted for 30 days. Results Among the cases of TG, 35 were significantly improved and 16 were effective, with a total effective rate of 91% in this group. In contrast, among those of CG, 8 were significantly effective and 17 were effective, with a total effective rate of 53%. The difference of effective rates was very significant between them (P<0. 01). Conclusion KD is very effective for AR and can be used without any side effects in clinical practice.
