钼靶X线对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值

目的分析乳腺良恶性病变的钼靶X线特征,评价钼靶X线对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法120例病例均为女性,年龄14~75岁,平均年龄45岁。常规采用轴位及斜位投照。所有病例诊断均经手术、病理证实。结果在钼靶诊断为良性病变的44例中,病理证实40例为良性,3例为乳腺癌,1例未定性,钼靶阳性率约91%;在钼靶诊断为恶性病变的76例中,病理证实70例为恶性,3例良性,3例未定性,钼靶阳性率约92%。未定性者4例,其后病理诊断3例为恶性,1例为良性。共误诊6例,约占5.26%。结论钼靶X线检查对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Value of Molybdenum Target Radiography on the Diagnosis of Breast Lesions

Objective To analyze the molybdenum target radiography(MTR) imaging findings of benign and malignant breast lesions,and to evaluate the value of MTR on the diagnosis of breast benign and malignant lesions.
