豚鼠至大鼠异种小肠移植模型的建立

目的建立袖套法豚鼠至大鼠异种小肠移植模型，初步观察异种小肠移植超急性排斥反应的过程。方法行异种异位全小肠移植，移植小肠肠系膜上动脉（腹主动脉）与受体肾以下腹主动脉作端侧吻合，切除受体左肾，移植小肠肠系膜上静脉（门静脉）与受体左肾静脉行袖套吻合。结果共实施异种小肠移植40例，成功34例，供受体手术时间平均为150min，血管吻合成功率达90％。再灌流后15～20min移植小肠发生超急性排斥反应，表现为移植小肠变黑，肠蠕动停止，失去活力。结论袖套法豚鼠至大鼠异种小肠移植模型具有操作简便、静脉吻合口并发症少的优点，是研究异种小肠移植较好的模型。

Establishment of guinea pig-to-rat small intestinal xenograft model

Objective To establish a model of small intestinal xenograft from guinea pig to rat by means of cuff methods, and topreliminarily observe the process of hyperacute rejection of small intestinal xenograft. Methods The heterogenic, heterotopic entiresmall intestine transplantation was performed by end-to-side anatomosis of the superior mesenteric artery to the aorta. The leftkidney of the recipient was resected and superior mesenteric vein was anastomosed to left renal vein by cuff methods. ResultsTIlt'ty-four in 40 rats were successful. The mean time of operation was 150 min. The success rate was 90%. The xenografts wereget'ting blacker gradually and aperistalsis of the graft occurred 15-20 min after the graft repeffosion. Conclusions The guineapig-torat small intestinal xenograft model of in operation by means of cuff methods is suitable for research of intestinal xenograft owing tothe virtUe of simplicity in operation and fewer complications.
