摘    要:目的探讨累及面洞型牙齿有限元模型的建立,为不同材料充填后牙齿的受力分析提供理论依据。方法2008年6—11月在中国医科大学及沈阳航空工业学院,采用螺旋CT扫描结合多种先进图像处理手段,建立上颌第一双尖牙面洞、邻面洞及邻邻面洞的三维有限元模型。结果该方法建立的三维有限元模型与真牙形态高度一致,结构上模拟了真牙牙釉质、牙本质、牙髓腔。结论该方法建立的有限元模型,可最大限度模拟真牙。

Abstract:Objective To construct three-dimentional finite element models with different cavity(classⅠ,mesio occlusal classⅡ,mesio-distal classⅡ) on maxillary first premolar. Methods Three-dimentional finite element models with different types cavity were constructed by the data of spiral CT along with other image processing softwares. Results The models were largely similar to real teeth,simulating the enamal,dentine and pulp chamber. Conclusion This method is ideal for three-dimentional finite element models contruction.
