胶片引导的再次隆鼻术

目的：再次隆鼻术需要承受更大的风险，即时修复容易将假体再次滑入原先的腔隙中，我们通过胶片引导的方法，解决了这一难题。方法：先消毒好“L”形假体，采用鼻小柱“飞乌”式切口或右鼻孔切口，取出假体前只在切口及假体下缘注射少量麻药，取出假体后根据鼻部的形态、遵循医学美学标准，雕刻一个新的假体，用隆鼻器在原腔隙下方打好一个新的隧道，将消毒过的胶片剪成条状，沿隆鼻器下面放进隧道，抽出隆鼻器，在胶片下面将新的假体植入，抽出胶片即可结果：通过对142例使用胶片引导的再次隆鼻术，均达到了很好的临床效果、结论：使用胶片做再次隆鼻的引导材料，取材、消毒方便，能很好地使假体顺利进入新的隧道内，避免了术中反复植入假体而给患者带来的痛苦，也解决了患者的心理压力，大大降低了鼻修改手术的风险。

To do augmentative rhinoplasty again through film leading

Objective To avoid the nose prosthesis slide into the original lacuna in the augmentative rhinoplasty a-gain. We adopted film leading the progress in the course of operation. Methods To disinfect the L-style prosthesis, take out the original prosthesis along nasal septum or right nostril incision. Then dredge a tunnel under the original lacuna by rhinoplasty apparatus, take the disinfected strip film into the tunnel under rhinoplasty apparatus. To take out the rhinoplasty apparatus, set up the new prosthesis, and draw out the film. Results 142 cases all obtained satisfactory effects by augmentative rhinoplasty again through film leading. Conclusion The film is got easily, and antisepsis is convenience. It could assist doctors take the new prosthesis into the new tunnel, and avoid to take new pain to the patients, and reduce the risk of rhinoplasty.
