摘    要:目的:观察应激对雄性小鼠垂体一性腺功能的影响,建立应激性性机能下降动物模型.方法:利用电刺激方法使成熟雄性小鼠处于重复应激状态,然后观察雄鼠捕捉雌性小鼠的性行为活动,并用放射免疫方法测定血清中睾酮和促黄体生成素的水平.结果:重复电刺激应激后,雄性小鼠捕捉雌性小鼠的行为明显减少,表现为跨骑潜伏期延长,舔舐与跨骑次数减少(P<0.01).而且血清睾酮与促黄体生成素水平均下降(P<0.05,19<0.01).结论:重复电刺激应激可作为应激性性功能下降动物模型应用.
