猪体外循环血液净化模型的优化

摘    要:目的 优化猪体外循环血液净化动物模型的实验技术步骤.方法 24只白条猪在体外循环血液净化治疗前,对其麻醉、气管插管、动-静脉插管等诸多方面的技术问题进行研究.结果 2.5%戊巴比妥钠肌肉注射或静脉注射诱导麻醉成功的实际时间比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.859,P>0.05);气管切开插管的总体用时快于借助喉镜气管插管的时间(t=2.187,P<0.05);透析导管的放置位置应选择颈外静脉为宜,以2根单腔导管更能获得足够的血流量.结论 以2.5%戊巴比妥钠肌肉注射诱导麻醉是可行的,采用气管切开插管机械通气以及2根8Fr的单腔透析导管分别插入两侧颈外静脉可以又快又好的完成体外循环血液净化的动物模型.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the experiment procedure of extracorporeal blood purification model of swine. Methods 24 piglets were studied. The different modality of anesthesia, artery and central venous catheter Insertion and tracheal intubation were investigated. Results There were no significant differences in the period of induction of anaesthesia of intramuscular administered and of intravenously administered with 2.5% pentobarbital sodium (t = -1.859, P > 0.05). Vetilated via tracheostomy was more faster than Tracheal intubation via laryngoscopy ( t = 2. 187, P < 0.05). external jugular is the best choice of central venous insertion site for Hemodialysis, two single lumen catheters allow sufficient blood flow for extracorporeal blood purification. Conclusion Induction of anaesthesia of intramuscular administered with 2.5 %pentobarbital sodium is feasible, Vetilated via tracheostomy, two single lumen catheters inserted in external jugular were the better procedure to complete the extracorporeal blood purification model of swine
