摘    要:目的探讨肾移植后近期对患者心脏形态和机能的影响,评估肾移植的效果.方法于肾移植前两次血透之间及肾移植后半年内和半年后,采用彩色多普勒超声心动图、胸片、心电图及有关实验室检查,分别测定与心脏形态和机能相关指标,以辛普森法测定心功能.结果肾移植后6个月内与肾移植前对比AV血流速度显著改善(P<0.05),肾移植后6个月以上与肾移植前对比LV,LA,IVSD和LVPWD及每搏量(SV)、二尖瓣血流E峰、A峰都有显著改善(P<0.05),心电图明显好转,实验室有关指标达到正常.结论肾移植后,近期内对患者术前存在的心功能异常有显著改善,随着时间的推移心功能各项指标改善尤为明显.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of kidney transplantation on size and function of heart in patients with uremia. Methods: The color Dopple ultrasound, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram and laboratory examinations were used to assess the size and function of heart respectively during the hemodialysis period before operation and after the operation, and Simpson was used to assess the cardiac function. Results: Compare with those before operation, the indexes of AV flow velocity were improved in 6 months after operation (P <0.05); the indexes of LV, LA, IVSD, LVPWD, SV and MV flow peak E ,A were all improved significantly after 6 months after operation (P <0.05), and the value of laboratory tests restored to normal level. Conclusions: The cardiac function is improved significantly by kidney transplantation lately, with the time going on, the cardiac function is improved more evidently.
