体育保健与膳食营养对老年人体质状况影响的调查研究

目的探索体育保健与膳食营养对老年人体质状况的影响。方法浙江老年大学学员老年人127人分为体育保健组和普通组,体育保健组65人实施一年有组织、有计划的太极拳、五禽戏、保健操、练功十八法等教学和锻炼,普通组62人不参加有组织的体育锻炼。结果显示体育保健组的身体素质和机能类指标均显著优于普通组P<0.05。膳食营养调查显示体育保健组老年人比普通组老年人具有较好的膳食习惯,结论表明老年人参加适宜的体育锻炼和合理膳食,更能达到增强体质与延缓衰老的作用。

Effects of Physical Exercise and Dietary Nutrition on Elderly Physical Constitution

Objective To explore the effect of physical exercise and dietary nutrition on elderly physical constitution.Methods 127 elderly people in Zhejiang Senior Citizen University were selected and divided into exercise group and control group.One-year systematical education and exercise such as shadowboxing,five animal exercise,healthcare exercise etc were given to exercise group that included 65 elder people,while the control group that included 62 subjects did not receive these physical exercise.Results Indexes of health quality and function of exercise group were significantly superior to those of control group(P<0.05).The dietary survey showed that subjects in exercise group also owned healthier diet habits.Conclusions It is beneficial for the aged to take part in proper physical exercise and have healthy diet,in order to strengthen their physical constitution and delay aging.
