| 摘 要： | 目的:观察腹部电针配合TDP治疗中风后尿潴留的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用电针刺激关元、中极、水道等穴位并且配合TDP照射,每日1次,每次30min;对照组采用西医常规治疗及护理方法。两组均治疗5天为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后根据临床症状进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%,明显优于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05)。结论:腹部电针配合TDP对于中风后尿潴留患者的排尿功能恢复有肯定的临床疗效。
