| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经颅多普勒超声（TCD）对颈性眩晕病诊断的应用价值。方法：对大庆市人民医院64例眩晕患者进行经颅多普勒超声检测,并进行分析。结果：常规TCD检测显示在颈病患者中异常率达93.75%,加做转颈实验后,总阳性率为100%。结论：TCD及转颈试验对颈椎病的诊断有十分重要的作用,并能科学地评价V-BA血流状况。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical values of TCD in the diagnosis of cervical vertebraldiseas.Methods:64 patients with vertigo were examined by TCD and its result was analyze.Results:Routine TCD examinations have showed that 60 patients with cervical spondylosis(93.75%),while plus with neck rotation experiment,64 patients all with cervical spondylosis(100%).Conclusions:TCD and neck rotation experiment were very important in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis,and can Scientifically evaluate blood condition... |
