| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声在某些疑难性胸部疾患的诊断价值。方法 98位患胸部疾病的患者，经X-线胸片及CT未能明确诊断，采用二维超声和彩色多普勒超声检查，进行综合诊断。结果 胸膜病变46例，超声检出率98%，肺内肿块27例，超声检出率63%，炎症性肺突变17例，超声检出率70.6%，纵隔病变3例，超声检出率100%，膈下病变4例，超声检出率100%，膈肌麻痹1例，超声检出率100%。结论 超声结合X线胸片及CT可提高某些胸部疾病的诊断正确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis in the patients with chest diseases.Methods A total of 98 cases with chest diseases diagnosed by the combination of chest radiogram, CT and ultrasound scanning were presented. Results The positive diagnostic rates were as follows: in the 46 cases with pleural diseases, was 98%;in masses of lung,27 cases (63%);in consolidation of pulmonary inflammation,17 cases (70.6%);in mediastinal diseases,3 cases (100%);in subdiaphragmatic diseases,4 cases (100%);in phrenoparalysis,1 case (100%). Conclusions Ultrasound combined with radiograms and CT can raise the diagnostic accuracy rate for the chest diseases. |
