改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的远期疗效分析

目的：观察改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的远期效果。方法：174例（191眼）施行改良式泪囊鼻腔吻合术,即术中采用电磨制作骨窗较大且低位、从吻合腔放置明胶海绵并置入导尿管通鼻腔、泪囊及鼻粘膜瓣改良切开吻合,皮肤切口缝合由间断缝合改为无损伤皮下隧道式缝合。结果：术后随访3年以上,治愈185眼（96.86%）,有效4眼（2.09%）,无效2眼（1.05%）。结论：改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术疗效确切,外观满意,远期成功率高,是治疗慢性泪囊炎有效的方法。

Long-term Efficacy Analysing of Modified Dacryocystorhinostomy in Treating of Chronic Dacryocystitis

Objective ： The explore clinical tong - term efficacy of modified daeryocystorhinostomy treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Method： 174 cases （191 eyes） chronic dacryocystitis for the modified dacryocystorhinostomy, used in the production of electric grinding and low bone window larger, from the cavity placed gelfoam coincide and pass into the nasal catheter, lacrimal sac and nasal mucosa flap incision improved anastomosis and skin incision suture interrupted suture replaced by noninvasive subcutaneous tunnel suture. Result： All the patients followed - up over 3 years postoperative. 185 eyes （96.86% ） were healed , 4 eyes （2.09%）was effective, 2 eyes （1.05% ） invalid. Conclusion： Modified dacryoeystorhinostomy had exact efficacy, appearance satisfaction and long - term success rate is high. It＇ s an effective measure to treat chronic dacryoeystitis.
