| 摘 要： | 随着HIS系统的开发和应用，病案首页的数据采集流程模式发生了变化，通过对HIS信息流程病案首页数据采集过程、采集标准、采集质量的现状分析，提出信息流质量控制对策：加大管理力度，实行各级负责制，严格把好数据源头关；加强医院信息规范化、标准化建设和信息流程的终末质量控制；进一步提高临床医师的质量管理意识与素质。

| Abstract: | With the development and the application of HIS system,changes have been taken place in the data col- lection mode from the first page of the medical record.The author analyzed the data collection process,collection standard and collection quality situation,and put froward the quality control policies of information flow.The man- agement should be strengthened to guarantee the quality from the data headstream;the standardization of hospital information should be constructed;the quality control should be enhanced about the end process of information flow;and the awareness of quality control in clinical doctors should also be improved. |
