| 摘 要： | 作者结合本单位医院和疗养院合编的新情况，建立和推行了双向互动式管理模式，在资源共享、疗治结合、人才培养、院务保障四个方面进行了双向互动管理，医院和疗养院优势互补、双向互动，降低了成本，提高了效益，加快了重点学科建设，提高了为部队服务保障能力，单位建设得到了全面发展。

| Abstract: | The management mode of mutuall flow between sanitarium and hospital was discussed in four aspects as resource share,combination medical treatment with recuperating,professional cultivation and logistics support. This new mode improved the development of both hospital and sanitarium. |
