| 摘 要： | 采用典型调查法对11所军队医院应对突发公共卫生事件状态进行调查,显示人力资源及应急预案的制订、培训方面存在不足,需要通过引进、培训及协调地方相关部门,加强医院人力资源储备,制订切实可行的应急预案,定期对预案内容的完善与修订.

| Abstract: | Response states of 11 military hospitals on emergency public health events were investigated with model-investigation method.The results showed that some aspects as human resources preparation,the training and the plan were weak,so the hospital should enhance the preparation of human resources,lay out feasible plan and emend the plan constantly. |
