军队医院平衡计分卡薪酬设计研究

摘    要:本文借鉴平衡计分卡的理论和方法,结合军队医院实际,探讨了将平衡计分卡应用于军队医院薪酬管理设计了基于平衡计分卡理论下的军队医院薪酬体系,明确平衡计分卡薪酬维度及指标,分别对医院、科室、医务人员三级进行了平衡计分卡指标权重调整的分析与探讨,构建了三级人员薪酬分配平衡计分卡.

Abstract:The thesis discussed the salary management system in military hospital which had adopted balance scored card in the salary management with the theory of balance scored card,and pinpointed the critical factors and indicators involving in the salary management of balance scored card theory.It also elaborated the dimensionality and indexes of the system,and analyzed the weights of the indexes of hospital,departments and medical staffs respectively,and successfully created a three-level salary system accordingly.
