医学保障部员工满意度及相关因素研究

摘    要:目的:对本院医学保障部人员进行“工作满意度”调查与分析,了解医学技术保障人员工作、生活满意度状况,从而为探索人员管理、增强工作针对性和发现激励新机制提供依据。方法:采用自行制订的“工作满意度”量表,对所属428名人员进行满意度调查,应用方差分析对数据进行统计处理。结果:①政治教育满意度显著高于工作环境和家庭生活满意度,工作环境和工作业务满意度显著高于家庭生活满意度;②工人个人业务单维满意度显著低于军人干部和职员。结论:医学保障人员对目前的工作有较好的满意度,需改变管理方法来提高工作环境和家庭生活满意度。

Abstract:Objective: To Carry out investigation and analysis on the job satisfaction degree of staff in medical support department of our hospital including work and life satisfaction degree.To provide basis for strengthening management of staff and finding out new impetus mechanism of staff.Methods: Making a questionnaire survey of 428 staff members of the department by using our initiated scale.Using analysis of variance to make statistics processing.Results: The satisfaction degrees of political education is greatly higher than that of work environment and family life,while the degree of work environment and individual profession are remarkably higher than that of family life.The satisfaction degree of individual profession of civilian workers is distinctly inferior to that of the military cadres and staff.Conclusion: The staff in medical support department are quite satisfied with their individual profession.At the same time,some measures should be taken to raise their satisfaction degree on work environment and family life to by means of the change of management way.
