医疗设备技术保障企业化管理研究

现代医院的发展，从技术层面上看对医疗设备的依赖性越来越大，其固定资产的比例由原先占医院固定资产的20％～30％上升到50％～70％。往往医院引进的一台先进设备，会带动某个方面技术水平的跃升。医疗设备技术在医疗收入比例的升高正成为必然，目前已达到15％～25％，且有愈来愈大的发展空间。对医疗设备做好技术保障愈显凸出，本文提出了医院医疗设备企业化管理管理的要求、目标和过程，为现代化医院管理在医疗设备方面做了有益的探索。

Study on Applying Enterprise -style Management in Hospital Equipment Support

In the lay of technology, the modern hospital depends more and more on equipments than before, and theirs proportion in fixed assets have increased from 20% ~ 30% to 50% ~ 70%. It is not unusual that a hospital will promote the overall level of technology in some aspects through introducing an advanced equipment, so the revenue brought by medical equipments has increased inevitably, which has reached 15% ~25% now and will keep the trend with more momentum. Therefore, it becomes more and more important to maintain the equipments well. This article presented the requirements, goal and procedure of applying enterprise - style management in medical e-quipments and made some explorations in the field of hospital modern management concerning medical equipments.
