病例教育浅探

为提高我国医科院校病例教育质量,本文针对病例教育工作的实际情况.借鉴我军指挥院校进行战例教育的经验,对病例教育准备、实施及基本要求等问题进行了探讨。提出病例教育准备应做好病例选择、编写病例教材、编写病例教案及作业指导法等三项工作;在病例教育实施中,应做好病例介绍、病例研究、病例作业等三种工作;在病例教育的要求上,应达到充分挖掘病例的教育因素,严格维护病例的真实性,灵活运用病例教育形式和手段等三个方面。

Discussion on Case Education

To improve case education quality in medical universities,the author discussed the preparation,the im- plementing and the basic requirements of case education.In the work of preparation,the keys included the choice of case,the compiling of teaching material,plan and instruction.In the work of the implementing,the keys were the in- troduction,the research and the exercise of the case.In the work of the requirements,education factors of cases should be dredged up,the authenticity of case should be maintained,and the education mode should be more flexible.
