某部军队人员肺炎患者住院医疗费用影响因素分析

目的：分析军队人员住院医疗费用的影响因素,对住院医疗费用影响因素分析方法进行探讨.方法：抽取某部队军队人员肺炎住院患者334例,对其住院医疗费用通过幂变换后再与研究的影响因素进行主成分逐步回归分析.结果：肺炎患者住院医疗费用主要影响因素有：医院级别、入院方式、入院情况、身份、入院次数、住院天数等指标.对住院医疗费用进行幂变换,当幂值为-0.23时,主成分逐步回归分析的Adj R-Sq值为0.4315.残差正态性检验D＝0.043138（p＝0.1330）,回归效果较理想.结论：肺炎患者住院医疗费用通过幂变换后再与研究的影响因素进行主成分逐步回归分析,分析效果较好,可以为控制医疗费用提供依据.应用此法还可以扩大到对其他病种患者住院医疗费用或单项费用的影响因素进行分析.

Analysis on Influence Factors on Hospitalization Expenses of Military Patients with Pneumonia

Objective:Analyze the influence factors on hospitalization expenses of military patients and explore the analytical methods.Methods: Sample 334 military pneumonic inpatients and analyze the relationship between the hospitalization expenses and the influence factors with the process of principal components stepwise regression.Results: The primary influence factors on hospitalization expenses of military pneumonic inpatients were hospital rank,treatment method,state of patient,identity etc.Change the hospitalization expense by power-changing method.When power was-0.23,Adj R-Sq was 0.4315,and the testing residual was normal(D=0.043138,p=0.1330).Conclusion: The effect of data analysis,which was analyzed with the process of principal components stepwise regression,was good and the results will be helpful to control medical expenses.We can expand to analyze the influence factors on other patients or other expense with this statistical method.
