| 摘 要： | 针对军队医院医疗合作项目管理中存在一些薄弱环节,提出了四点对策措施：一要加强合作项目的立项论证;二要加大对合作项目管理和调控;三要严格合作项目的审核监督把关;四要逐步推行合作项目的信息化管理.为军队医院加强医疗合作项目管理提供经验.

| Abstract: | According some weaknesses in the management of medical cooperation items in military hospitals,four countermeasures were put forward.Firstly,strengthen argumentation of cooperation items.Secondly,improve management and adjustment of cooperation items.Thirdly,audit and supervise the process of cooperation items strictly.Fourthly,carry out informatization management of cooperation items step by step. |
