| 摘 要： | 目的:分析医院员工对工作的满意度情况,尝试找出影响因素,以便更为有效地提高员工工作成效.方法:对上海交通大学医学院附属第三人民医院2003年、2005年的职工满意度调查结果进行比较,分析引起满意度变化的影响因素.结果:医院满意度得到提高,但在某些方面存在不足.结论:针对影响员工满意度的重要因素提出的几点策略,有效地提高了员工工作成效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To find influence factors to improve work efficiency by analysis on the job satisfaction degree of our hospital employee. Methods:Compared the job satisfaction degree of hospital employee in 2003 and 2005 and analyzed influence factors. Results; The mean score of the job satisfaction of employee was raised in these years, but there still existed some shortage. Conclusion:The measures to improve job satisfaction degree will also improve work efficiency. |
