| 摘 要： | 综述了上海市卫生系统近年来在学科人才建设方面的主要举措：学科建设方面有医学重点学科建设、临床医学中心建设和重大项目联合攻关计划；人才建设方面有“百人计划”、“医苑新星培养计划”、“优秀青年医学人才培养计划”和“医学领军人才培养计划”，共同构成了上海市卫生系统学科人才建设的完整体系。提炼了学科人才建设的经验和体会，并展望了学科人才建设的下一步工作重点。

| Abstract: | The essay made a review on the main measures of medical subject and health talent construction in Shanghai.In subject construction,there were three plans including medical key subjects,clinical medical center and united research on major projects.In talents construction,we launched "Shanghai Hundred Talents Plan","New Star Plan of medical Circle in Shanghai","Training Plan of Excellent Young Medical Talents in shanghai" and "Medical Leading Talent Plan in Shanghai".Based on these review,the author summarized some experience and prospect the next emphasis on medical subject and talent construction. |
