| Abstract: | The common types of medical disputes in the outpatient and emergency departments were discussed. Then the causes of these disputes were analyzed as crowd types,disease types of misdiagnosis,the types related with being informed of the patient situation etc.Also the measures to strengthen the construction of outpatient and emer- gency departments were discussed. |
