| 摘 要： | 目的：为乡（镇）医院组建战时卫勤保障救护队战伤救治技术训练提供科学依据。方法：对医院军队医疗保障体系9891平方公里范围内的126所乡（镇）医院5796名医师，进行战伤救治11项技术问卷调查。结果：内科医师对战救技术能很熟练操作的占12．39％，不会操作的占39．09％；外科医师对战救技术能很熟练操作的占14．72％，一般了解和不会操作的占67．20％；混合组医师对战救技术能很熟练操作的占1．98％，不会操作的占55．23％。结论：乡（镇）医院医师急需强化战伤救治技术训练。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide reference of rescue skill training for village hospital.Methods:5796 village doc- tors in the range of support system were investigated with questionnaire.Results:In medicine doctors,the percent of mastering the rescue skill and un-mastering was 12.39% and 39.09% respectively.In surgery doctors,the percent was 14.72% and 67.20% respectively.In mixing medicine and surgery doctors,the percent was 1.98% and 55.23% respectively.Conclusion:We should strengthen the skill training in village doctor. |
