| 摘 要： | 依据生物恐怖的危害和我军卫勤理论，从军队医院处置生物恐怖能力构成上对能力建设方面进行了探索。一是狠抓组织建设，努力提高组织指挥管理能力；二是狠抓业务建设，努力提高疫情处置能力；三是狠抓条件建设，努力提高信息管理能力。

| Abstract: | According to the harm of biological terror and medical service theory,the author explored the measures of ability construction to dispose biological terror in military hospitals.Firstly,strengthen the organization construc- tion to improve the command and management ability.Secondly,strengthen the business construction to improve the ability of handling epidemic situation.Thirdly,strengthen the condition construction to improve ability of infor- mation management. |
