缺氧缺血性脑病患儿脑脊液中IL-18的检测及意义

摘    要:目的研究HIE患儿脑脊液中IL-18的变化及其临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法,对42例足月缺氧缺血性脑病患儿脑脊液中IL-18进行检测,其中轻度HIE23例,中重度HIE19例。同时检测38例正常足月新生儿脑脊液中IL-18的水平。结果缺氧缺血性脑病患儿脑脊液中IL-18的水平比正常新生儿脑脊液中IL-18的水平显著增高。结论脑脊液中IL-18的水平可能参与缺氧缺血性脑病的发病过程,为IL-18BP治疗HIE提供理论基础。

Abstract:Objective To study the change of IL-18 in cerebrospinal liquid in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy newborn infants. Methods Sixty-three term newborns suffered from HIE were divided into two groups, mild HIE group(n=23), moderate-severe HIE group (n=19). Thirty-eight non-HIE term newborn infants worked as control group. Level of IL-18 was examined by ELISA. Results Level of IL-18 in mild HIE group was lower than that in moderate-severe HIE group on the 3^rd and the 7^th day. Conclusion IL-18 is a damage pro motion factor of brain cell in HIE. Monitoring the trend of IL-18 in early life is helpful to judge the state of disease and estimate the prognosis.
