视网膜电图对视网膜血管阻塞的功能评估

摘    要:目的:用视网膜电图评估视网膜血管阻塞的功能改变。方法:30例视网膜中央静脉阻塞,15例视网膜分支静脉阻塞,7例视网膜中央动脉阻塞和6例视网膜分支动脉阻塞按照ISCEV的ERG标准进行全视野网膜电图的检测。用I1蓝光、I16红光和I16白光估计暗视ERG,用I16红光和I8白光估计明视ERG。记录a波和b波的振幅和潜伏期及震荡电位。结果:视网膜血管阻塞的震荡电位异常率最高,其次为b波;ERG的异常率

Abstract:Purpose:to evaluate the functional change of retinal vascular occlusion Methods:Thirty cases(31 eyes)of central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO),15 cases(15 eyes)of branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO),7 cases(7 eyes)of central retinal artery occlusion(CRAO)and 6 cases(6 eyes)of branch retinal artery occlusion(BRAO)were tested with Ganzfeld electroretinogram The scotopic ERG was evaluated with I 1 blue light,I 16 red light and I 16 white light stimulation The photopic ERG was tested with I 16 red light and I 8 white light stimulation The oscillatory potentials were also tested The procedure was followed the ERG standard of ISCEV Resoults:The abnormal rate of OPs was the highest in retinal vascular occlusion and followed by the b waves The abnormal ERG was the most in CRVO,followed by the CRAO and BRVO The abnormal rate of ERG was the lowest in BRAO There existed statistically significant difference of some amplitudes and latencies in scotopic and photopic stimulative conditions between the sick eyes and the fellow eyes Conclusions:The oscillatory potentials and b waves had important roles in evaluating the visual function of retinal vascular occlusions There are some clinical significance for comparing the electroretinogram between both the sick eye and the fellow eye
