企业员工艾滋病预防知识健康教育效果分析

目的 提高企业员工艾滋病知识的知晓率，达到有效预防艾滋病的目的。方法 用参与式健康教育方法。在工厂流动人口中开展“生殖与避孕”、“预防性病、艾滋病”、“安全套的正确使用”等内容的培训，1个月培训1次，共计6次。半年后进行效果验证。结果通过健康教育，企业员工对艾滋病基本知识的正确知晓率显著提高（P〈0．01）．对艾滋病感染者的恐惧和歧视心理减少，愿意和艾滋病病人一起用餐、握手和工作的人数的比例明显上升（P〈0．01），对性行为的态度趋于理性。结论 健康教育是预防艾滋病的有效措施。通过宣传教育，提高对艾滋病相关知识的认识，改变高危行为，有助于减少艾滋病的传播。在健康教育中强调对非传播途径的宣传可减少对艾滋病感染者的恐惧和歧视，关心和同情艾滋病感染者是预防艾滋病传播的重要措施。

Effectiveness analysis of AIDS prevention knowledge and health education among employees

Objective To increase the understanding rate of the basic knowledge of AIDS among employees in order to prevent it effectively. Methods Interactive training activities, including procreation and contraception, prevention of venereal diseases and AIDS, and the correct use of condoms, were organized in front of the gates of companies and industrial institutions for the floating population. The training was delivered once a moth for half a year with six times in total. The effectiveness was analyzed. Results The understanding rate of the basic knowledge of AIDS among the employees was increased efficiently(P < 0.01). Their fear and discrimination to AIDS infected patients were reduced. Many of them could have meals together with AIDS patients and shake hands or work with them without reluctance(P < 0.01). Their attitude to sexual behaviors became much more rational. Conclusion Health knowledge training is an effective strategy for the prevention of AIDS. It can help the trainees to upgrade their understanding of personal hygiene, renew their attitude and avoid their dangerous behaviors so as to reduce the dissemination of AIDS. The emphasis on non-disseminating behaviors in the trainees can be an efficient way to reduce the fear and discrimination to AIDS. Concern and sympathy to AIDS infected patients based on the above mentioned trainings will be very important to AIDS prevention.
