P53和PCNA蛋白表达对子宫颈癌前病变恶变潜能预测的意义

①目的 研究P53和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达在子宫颈癌及其相关癌前病变转归过程中的意义。②方法 利用免疫组织化学方法分别检测子宫颈炎、子宫颈上皮瘤样病变(CIN)和子宫颈癌组织中P53和PCNA表达。③结果 子宫颈炎、CIN和子宫颈癌组织P53表达阳性率分别为9．0％、31．6％、40．0％，PCNA表达阳性率分别为40．9％、78．9％和95．0％。P53和PCNA在CIN和子宫颈癌组织中的表达阳性率有高于宫颈炎组织的趋势，且随肿瘤组织学分级的增高，表达阳性率和强度明显增高。④结论 P53蛋白表达出现在肿瘤发展为恶性之前,其表达强度与CIN分级和子宫颈癌分化程度有关，可用于癌前病变的恶变潜能及预后评估。

P53 AND PCNA EXPRESSION IN THE PREDICTION OF MALIGNANT POTENTIALS OF PRECANCEROUS CERVICAL LESIONS

Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of P53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen ( PCNA) in the progression of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods The expressions of P53 and PCNA in cervicitis, cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer were detected with immunohistochemical techniques. Results In the tissues of cervicitis, CIN, and cervical cancer, the P53 positive expression rate was 9.0%, 31.6% and 40.0%, and PCNA positive rate was 40.9%, 78.9% and 95.0%, respectively. The positive rates of P53 and PCNA in the CIN and cervical cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in the cervicitis tissue. The positive expression and intensity increased significantly with the rise of histological grade. Conclusion Protein P53 occurs before the progression of tumors into malignancies, the intensity of expression is related with the CIN grade and differentiation of cervical cancer, which can be used for the evaluation of malignant potentials of precancerous lesions and the prognosis.
