老年人骨密度和血脂、血液流变学的关系

摘    要:目的:分析老年人血脂,血液流变学与骨密度的关系,探讨其内有联系,方法:对73例老年人(其中女性35例,男性38例,年龄60-84岁)运用双能X线进行骨密度测定,并测量其血脂与血液流变指标。结果:老年女性L2-L4,股骨颈和大转子处骨密度与胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)呈正相关,与胆固醇呈负相关,老年男性骨密度与血脂之间无明显相关(P>0.05),老年男,女性骨密度与血液流变学之间无明显相关性(P>0.05),结论:老年女性骨密度与血脂之间具有相关性。

Abstract:Objective To probe the relation among the bone mineral density (BMD), blood lip id and hemorheology in the aged. Methods The bone mineral d ensity was determined by dual energy X-ray absortiometry (DEXA) for 73 senile p eople (35 female, 38 male, age 60-84 years), the indexes of blood lipid and hem orhelogy were also investigated. The results were analyzed with t-test and typi cal correlation. Results There was a relation between cho le sterin and bone mineral density in the female, but not in the male aged: a posit ive relation between cholesterin and BMD of L 2-L 4, neck of femur and greate r trochanter, and a negative one between triglyceride and the BMD. No associatio n was indicated between hemorheology and BMD in all the cases (P> 0.05)). Conclusions The study demonstrated a correlation between blood lipid and BMD in the senile females.$$$$
