龙香平喘胶囊治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

目的评价龙香平喘胶囊治疗支气管哮喘(痰瘀互阻、肺失宣降证)的临床疗效和安全性.方法70例受试者,采用随机双盲、阳性药平行对照方法,试验组52例,服用龙香平喘胶囊;对照组18例,服用蠲哮片.结果试验组治疗前后肺功能自身比较,第1秒用力呼吸容量(FEV1)和呼气峰流速(PEF)均明显提高,有显著性差异(P＜0.05),说明龙香平喘胶囊能有效地改善哮喘患者的肺功能;治疗后喘息、胸憋、咳嗽、咯痰等单项比较,试验组喘息疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).哮喘症状与体征积分治疗后较治疗前明显下降,自身比较有显著性差异(P＜0.001);组间比较,试验组优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论龙香平喘胶囊治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,未见不良反应发生.

A Clinical Study on Longxiong Pingchuan Capsule for Bronchial Asthma

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect and safety of Longxiong Pingchuan Capsule(LPC) in treating bronchial asthma with sputum-stasis stagnation syndrome.Methods A randomized,double-blind positive controlled trial was adopted.Fifty two patients with bronchial asthma were treated with LPC,18 with Juanxiao Pill(JP).Results Compared with those before treatment,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)increase obviously after treatment,difference being significant(P < 0.05);the scores of asthma symptoms and signs were decreased(P < 0.001).It is indicated that the two groups could improve lung function.In relieving the symptoms of panting,chest distress,cough and expectoration and in decreasing the scores of asthma symptoms and signs,LPC was superior to JP.Conclusion LPC is effective for bronchial asthma,without adverse effects.
