家兔附睾管尾段吸收功能的研究

摘    要:家兔输精管低位结扎后附睾管尾段结构出现明显变化,外形和光电镜观察显示其管径增大,管腔扩张,腔内精子密集。附睾的平均重量增加。主细胞顶部胞膜向胞质内凹陷增多,并形成施工吞饮小泡,核上区出现许多与吸收作用有关的小泡、大泡、多泡体、溶酶体和线粒体等超微结构。出现上述变化的时间是术后的第3个月。输精管中位结扎组的变化情况基本相似于低位结扎组。输精高位结扎后因不能排出的睾网液可在附睾的近段被大部吸收,少量的

Abstract:Morpholgical changes of the caudal segment of the epididymis after vasectomy in different positions were observed in rabbits by light and transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the low-position vasectomy resulted in an increase in the diamater and weight of the caudal segment of the epididymis, which was filled with sperms. In the apical part of the principal cells, cell membrane invagination was evident. The numbr of vesicle in the apical cytoplasm increased. There are abundant multivesiclar bodies, larger vacuoies and lysosomes in the cytoplasm of the principal cels, indicating that the absorptive activity of these cells was strengthened. These morphological changes appeared in the 3rd month after vasectomy. The morphological feature of the medium-position vasectomy was similar to that of the low-position vasectomy. After the high-position vasectomy, the morphological changes mentioned above obviously decreased. This phenomenon may be due to the fact that the proximal part of the epididymis participates in the resorption of sperm compoments, so that less sperm compoments flow into the proximal part of vas deferens and the pressure of the caudal segment of the epididymis obviously decrease. The results indicate that caudal segment of the epididymis has significant absorption funciton.
