| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT在眼球突出病因及定位诊断中的价值。材料与方法：回顾性分析经手术病理或临床证实的160例眼球突出的CT诊断及鉴别诊断。结果：眼球内病变59例占37．87％，丙病变87例占54．38％，眶周病变14例占8．75％。结论：CT扫描对各种病因引起的眼球突出定位诊断准确，而在鉴别诊断和对治疗方案的选择及预后判断具有十分重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To discuss the CT diagnostic value of the etiology and location of ophthalmocele. Materials and Methods: To study retrospectively the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of 160 cases proved by operation, pathology or clinical materials. Result: In-traeyeball lesions 59 cases (37.87%), intraorbit lesions 87 cases (54.38%), periorbit lesions 14 cases (8.75%). Conclusion: Thin slice CT scan can accurately diagnosis the location of ophthalmocele, determine the mature of greater parts of the cases, and with important value for differential diagnosis, therapeutic methods and prognosis. |
