| 摘 要： | 目的：探索应用清气行瘀、泄浊解毒作用的中药进行血液透析的临床疗效。方法：对２６例具有透析指征的肾功能衰竭患者用中药透析液进行了６６例次血液透析。结果：中药血液透析清除尿毒素及代谢产物的疗效与标准血液透析近似（Ｐ均＞０．０５）；疗效优于用腹膜透析液进行的床边无机血液透析（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。结论：中药血液透析不需要人工肾机，可在床边进行，具有简便、安全、实用、易于操作的特点，在抢救肾功能衰竭等危重疾病时有一定的优势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy of hemodialysis with traditional Chinese drug,which possess certain action,including clearing heat,removing blood stasis,expelling turbidity and detoxification.Methods:Twentysix cases of renal failure were hemodialyzed with traditional drug for 66 times.Results:In patients treated by hemodialysis with traditional Chinese medicine,the therapeutic efficacy on eliminating urine toxin and metabolic products was similar to the effect of conventional hemodialysis(all P >0 05).It was superior to bedside hemodialysis with peritoneal dialysate(all P <0 05).Conclusions:There were certain characteristics,such as simple,safe,practicality and easily to measurement in hemodialysis with traditional drug,and it has a superiority for treating the critical disease such as renal failure. |
