音乐治疗联合行为训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的探讨音乐治疗联合行为训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法将102例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组52例，对照组50例，两组均接受常规抗精神病药物治疗、常规工娱疗及护理。实验组在此基础上接受音乐治疗及行为训练。观察6mo。于治疗前后采用护士用住院病人观察量表评定两组患者的康复效果。结果治疗后两组患者的护士用住院病人观察量表总估计分及社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁积极因子分均较治疗前有显著提高，实验组均较对照组提高显著（P〈0．05或0．01）；易激惹、精神病表现、迟缓消极因子分均较治疗前有显著下降，实验组均较对照组下降显著（P〈0．05）。结论音乐治疗联合行为训练能有效缓解慢性精神分裂症患者的精神症状、改善其社会功能、提高生活质量和社会适应能力，对患者的康复具有显著的促进作用。

Influences of music therapy combined with behavior training on rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia

Objeceive To explore the influences of music therapy combined with behavior training on rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia.Methods 102 chronic schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 52 patients each,both groups received routine antipsychotic treatment, routine work and recreational therapy and nursing. Experimental group was plus music therapy and behavior training for 6 months. Rehabilitation outcomes were assessed with the Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE) before and after treatment. Results After treatment,total and such active factor scores as social ability,social interest and individual neat of the NOSIE of both groups elevated more significantly compared with pretreatment and so did in the experimental than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01);scores of such negative factor as irritability,psychotic manifest and retardation lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment and so did in the experimental than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Music therapy combined with behavior training can effectively relieve mental symptoms, improve social function and elevate quality of life and social adaptation,and has notable promotive effect on patients' rehabilitation.
