| 摘 要： | 目的:了解长春地区1995～2004年间儿童病毒性心肌炎患者柯萨奇B组病毒感染的状况。方法:应用ELISA法检测临床拟诊断为病毒性心肌炎的患者血清中的柯萨奇B组病毒抗体IgM。结果:儿童病毒性心肌炎患者中柯萨奇B组病毒的感染率为67·3%,健康对照组的感染率为13·6%;成人病毒性心肌炎患者中柯萨奇B组病毒的感染率为59·51%,健康对照组的感染率为12·54%。结论:不论是病毒性心肌炎组还是对照组,儿童的感染率明显高于成年人,说明儿童较成人易于感染病毒。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the status of coxsackie B virus infection of children with viral myocarditis in Changchun during 1995～2004.Methods:ELISA was used to detect antibody IgM of coxsackie B virus in serum with viral myocarditis.Results:The mean infection rate of coxsackie B virus was 59.51% in adult patients with viral myocarditis,12.54% in healthy contrast group, 13.6% in healthy control group, 67.3% in children patients with viral myocarditis.Conclusion:Infection rate was significantly higher in children than that in adult, whether viral myocarditis group or healthy contrast group, children was easier to infect virus than adult. |
