| 摘 要： | 目的观察实脾固肾化瘀方治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法 60例慢性肾炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组32例采用实脾固肾化瘀方治疗,对照组28例给予蒙诺口服,疗程3个月。观察两组治疗前后证候积分、24h尿蛋白定量和肾功能变化。结果治疗后,治疗组部分证候积分明显降低（P〈0.01）,且治疗组低于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组24h尿蛋白定量明显降低（P〈0.05）;两组肾功能变化无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论实脾固肾化瘀方治疗慢性肾炎有较好的临床疗效。
